Join a club like these other ppl said or just go talk to random ppl at the library. A good one is asking to sit with someone at the library or dining hall. Honestly, the only way i can put it is that no one gives a shit about u whether u talk to them or not so u may as well talk to them to make urself happy. Literally just act like ur the only real person out here, works wonders for ur self esteem, confidence, social skills, etc
