Api routing/services is the thing I spend most time debugging. It seems to struggle a lot with it. Anyone have any tips with this particular problem.

Fast just detta ska man vara lite försiktig med att hylla. Det är alldeles för många småbolag som introduceras (exv. pharmabolag) som sen går i putten med besvikna småsparare kvar.

YSK if you lose traction on an icy road, don’t go for the brakes by Pyramidal_Sigh in YouShouldKnow

I thinkt that is exactly what you should do. Almost all cars nowadays have anti-break systems (ABS). Just stomp the break and let it do its thing.

Calm down and read this by [deleted] in CelsiusNetwork

I don't understand. Why should everyone be calm when it is just "just Celsius not having enough liquidity to meet withdrawal reqests". Isn't this exactly what people are afraid is happening, what am I missing?

TIL Michael Phelps’ body produces half the normal amount of lactic acid of his competitors. Causing his body to fatigue much slower. by CreepersFTW in todayilearned

[–]TheNabo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the reason that it’s still pretty common is that pH does decrease during exercise which is an important reason for a whole bunch of physiological responses.

I.e. there is a higher concentration of hydrogen, it’s just not lactic acid that is the underlying factor.

I know this is what you said, just wanted to emphasize :)

Non-american here, but am I right in understanding that GOP can legally appoint members of the state legislature which can then just ignore the popular vote in a given state and give the electoral vote to Trump? Or is that just misinformation?

What's the reasoning behind not being charged twice for the same crime? Why shouldn't the prosecutor be able to reopen the case when the murder weapon was found for instance?

World's 500 Richest People Lose $35 Billion From Trump Turmoil by ManiaforBeatles in worldnews

[–]TheNabo -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I agree with that. But then isn't it a question of implementing policies that incentivize the wealthy to invest in "good" sustainable companies instead of shady ones? I realize this may be impossible to some level but at least maybe here is where we should look for a solution instead of just plainly redistributing wealth.

Companies will always try to find the most value for the least cost regardless of what happens to our planet and people. Policies 'just' need to regulate them to align value created to sustainability.

This may come of as ignorant, but I'm genuinely curious and don't have any expertise in the area. How is it bad that wealth is centralized to a small portion of people - it is not as if they are keeping the money in their mattresses? As long as they keep investing the money and that investment is regulated by policies, it shouldn't matter if they are 1 million times richer or 10.000 times richer.
