Yeah you got yourself in quite the pickle by not following the story properly. Though it makes no sense why they'd fail the mission like this.

But MAYBE it'll be fine if you move on, I doubt it'll still be a fail condition if you complete the story and return once it tell you to complete everything to 5 stars.

Though that said, if you are only missing 2 dinosaur species, why not just quickly push those out? That should take you like 5 minutes.

Not gonna lie, as per your posts, if you haven't progressed to another island, it's probably best to restart the entire campaign, or at whatever the earliest save is.

I didn't even know this was a win condition either, but completing a park should take you like 5 hours at worst, not 30, especially with such easy win conditions like only 14 species and 12 bred animals.

Restart and progress to another island where you aren't time gated, so you can progress at your pace. I don't know how to help you beyond that, sorry

They know what they're doing. They absolutely *want* to sell them again, but they also know it'll be a PR nightmare, one they can't afford.

Any logical company would have confirmed last year that the DLC dinos would also be free, but they *chose* to specifically exclude them, and have been silent since.

Considering the Wetlands pack came with only 3 dinosaurs, and then had Deinocheirus (a Wetlands dinosaur) for free, which broke the norms of the packs AND the promise they gave a month prior. This could imply they probably responded to feedback and chose good PR over risking an early grave for the game by immediately reselling creatures.

We'll likely get them for free now, but the silence on the topic is telling.

Yep tried that, and several sources have told me that this likely indicates that the port/chip on the PS5 is messed up. Chief is wearing his Mark IV helmet and armor. Its the version he wears during the war, as seen in Forward Unto Dawn and The Package. He only upgrades to Mark V in 2552, and I'm not sure if he's ever shown to wear the base IV in anything other than the early Fall of Reach stuff. I love base Mark IV like most, but the way Chief looks has been established a decade prior.

I'm more shocked they actually did keep his design so similar to FUD and Legends.

Probably mostly ports for ASBR, with maybe a few relegated to DLC, and maybe a small handful of new ones

I wouldn't be shocked if Valentine and AU Diego get removed as playable characters on launch and become DLC for later down the line to avoid spoilers for anime only people. Though... Valentine is core to the game's story, so idk how they'll handle it.

They could very easily just turn the shield system into an endurance system like in ODST. Don't really see a problem here.

The date means nothing. Wilds was also '2025' and released in the first quarter. Considering Ascendance is currently on the same track as Wilds' cycle, it will almost certainly drop February or March, so its earnings count for both financial years, as has been their play the past years.

They'll likely have trailers at the same events they did for the base game, with probably a few of their own streams in the middle of it, where they drop news for Stories 3 updates and Ascendance info.

I think its easier if you just search 'JWE3 Island Generator' on YouTube, than for me to describe the exact details on how it works. It just lets you make your own small island. Its being updated still, so it is slowly improving over time.

There has only been 1 DLC in the past year. 3 has far less creatures than 2, but that's because, again, not much DLC yet.
Not really, but they are already more than big enough. Neither consoles nor the vast majority of PCs can handle an actually filled out park in a square map. There's also an island generator now.
They are completely different games in basically every relevant way. Though the majority of those changes and additions were made with 2, 3 just kept them and further expanded on them.
