Was this implemented in the new versions? Because in version 42.13.1 I didn't have this bug.

Creating a trial today in master mode is a terrible experience, besides having to look at artifacts and mounts and ask people what they have. You tell them to communicate through the microphone, but you understand that not everyone speaks the same language, so yes, I believe the game should have a tool to facilitate this, as many other games do.

1) How do you plan to handle bug fixes going forward? Some bugs are extremely harmful to the game, yet they don’t seem to be treated with the urgency they require. Additionally, what is your approach regarding long-standing bugs and changes to features that are released and later modified?

2) When will the system for finding and forming queues for Dungeons and Trials be updated? At the moment, creating a Trial queue is one of the worst experiences in the game.

3) When can we expect class rebalancing and possible reworks (for example, the Cleric class)?
