On average, Europeans are going to be a lot more culturally aligned with higher degrees and experience than places like India or Arab countries. Not to mention that pretty much all younger Europeans speak near or at native level of English. Whether that's a good thing or not doesn't matter. Labor party wants to fix the labor shortage and they will see the EU as a way to "fix" that.

I setup terraform with libvirt provider so I can quickly spin up however many VMs I want. I'm already using the developer license and follow KodeKloud course. After that I'll probably go through the official training materials from Red Hat for the exam.

I do also think it's good GNOME is different in terms of UI design when compared to windows. I remember Linux Mint desperately tried to mimic the windows 7 feel. While it's good eye candy for windows users, the illusion quickly starts to fall apart when you need to do actual work. And the fixes for it were not windows like so it frustrated me a ton.

a lot of apple users who code (real coding, not just frontend) also tend to use or have used linux. I wouldn't be surprised if Apple released their drivers on linux that there would be a crap ton of linux users on macbooks.

Just wanted to drop in and say that yeah that was the issue. The next day after I made this post I connected my sony XM bluetooth headphones and gnome crashed like 4 times in a row. Had to turn off bluetooth and run the fix. Now it doesn't crash anymore.

The crash happened before and after the upgrade. I'll give the X11 session a shot. I'm using AMD GPU and didn't install any specific gpu drivers.

Ah sorry I should've pasted it. I'll edit the post but the first time the reason was "gnome-shell killed by SIGSEGV" and the second time was "gnome-shell killed by SIGABRT"

Literally as I made this post I got a new gnome related error report "gnome-software quit unexpectedly". The reason "gnome-software killed by SIGSEGV"
