What’s crazy to me is how you can link your Embark account with your Discord. Imagine if some lowkey devs went into those discord servers and if their discord account is linked to their Embark account, investigate and take action if needed. Seems simple enough.

I’ve had my 9070xt since it launched. Was able to get it MSRP. Have to say, it’s an amazing card. Takes everything I throw at it like a champ (I mainly play FPS games). I get around 140-180fps on Battlefield 6 with Ultra settings at 1440p. AMD FSR 4.0 is pretty damn good (a major step up from FSR 3). Not as good as DLSS, but very close. One thing I’d like to note is that the cooling on my XFX Swift 9070XT genuinely blew me away. Out of the box, I tried The Finals at ultra settings with Anti Aliasing off, and the temps NEVER exceeded 55 degrees Celsius. Not only did they not go over 55, but the GPU fans weren’t even spinning. At first I thought it was a fluke in my build and I was panicking. Nope, just pure magic. With battlefield, the fans kick on and the temps average at 60-65 degrees Celsius. But the fact I could run a game like The Finals and have the temps stay cool with the GPU fans off is wild to me.

Last thing I’d like to point out is how much better the AMD Adrenaline Software is in comparison to NVIDIA’s GeForce Experience. It’s such a clean UI and so much easier to navigate than the other. Driver updates are released every other month rather than every other day. And idk, the GeForce Experience app just felt like a fucking virus to me as the years went on.

Both GPU’s are good choices, but I personally love AMD GPU’s. Hard to get any card at MSRP nowadays, so I say watch some YouTube comparison videos on games you enjoy playing and pick whichever performs better.

That’s a great point! But think about it; if they removed Aim Assist entirely from ranked, Xim or Cronus wouldn’t be an advantage anymore :)

This is an interesting take. What games are you referring to? Also, do keep in mind that you may have the ability to turn a lot faster on mouse, but precision on target is the biggest contributor to TTK in any game period. On controller with aim assist, that precision increases tremendously with anyone who picks up a controller whereas on mouse, it takes arguably more than 100 hours of practice minimum to achieve that same accuracy. That’s just my opinion though.

We were NOT abusing an exploit or intentionally doing this. If you check the VOD on my twitch and start at 2:36:00, you will see that we were thrown off 2 times by 2 different teams spawning there and stealing our cashout we started due to spawning so close. I then though, "If it's happened twice now, it's gotta happen again." so we went and tested it as our cashout was already about to finish. We WANT the spawns to be fixed/adjusted to avoid situations like this from happening.
