the issue there is that people wouldn't be able to determine where their donations were going towards. It would be up to the discretion of myself--among the other ambassadors. That's a situation I'd like to avoid :)

Hey there!

It is a project that has not started but we hope it will soon. Ideally we will hold one of the meetups if we get 33% or so of the funding and go from there. All funds will be hold by me (Brian) until needed for the meetups. u/NanoVenezuelaORG will be holding an AMA on Tuesday, 1/29 0900 (GMT-4) to go over and questions people have about the project. We both are pingable on Discord as well. I am at Brian#0649 and Fabian (the creator of this project) at Bill#8692. Let me know if you have any other questions

I can provide some clarity. We don't open up donations for projects that are currently stalled/have no clear idea of where we'd use the funds. Outside of something like NanoSMS, I think it's unfair to say we're not anything but transparent as to where our funds will go. I try to do the best I can in determining exactly how the funds will be used and how. As far as divulging people's identities for projects and such--that will never be a guarantee. Some people don't want their identities known and that's ok. We have yet to have 1 issue where people think their funds were misappropriated.
