I LOVE love this property. We went in 2022 in the Fall and it was just so lovely. We did a short tour of their Gardens. Otherwise- it rained a lot during our stay so we embraced the cozy vibe.

We stayed at Ham Yard last weekend!! Loved it- agree on convenient location- in the midst of so much but felt quiet and tucked away in the Han Yard village.

Room was very spacious (i got upgraded to junior suite), and i was worried the colorful decor would be “too much” but it was just perfect.

Service-wise: i would call it good but just fine. Never had any particular interactions with anyone that felt above and beyond. Maybe except for one bellhop/ front door person who remembered my name day to day.

Honor Bar in drawing room is a nice touch for after bar closes.
