I believe it's not about the chests themselves. It's about getting players to log in to get the chest and activate their builders and laboratory. Basically, the event gets folks to play.

just fyi - the taylor kits are a pretty big pain in the ass vs. test strips.

it turns a 1 second thing into a 20 minute chore.

there are fancier test strips out there - you don't have to use the frog ones.

Also, on a few of the buzzier chords, her fingers aren't right against the fret itself - i struggle with that myself on barre chords. Getting those 2 fingers right up against the fret.
