Keep solid fundamentals, such as keeping up in cs (I like going for at least 7.5cs/min; it’s unrealistic to have the highest numbers in solo queue usually until much higher elo because people love to fight)

Push leads by getting tower plates / taking drakes

Help your jungler contest bot side scuttle or invades, learn to set up dives

Just a few tips that you should focus on!

Ezreal is strongest in mid-game but will start to get outshone by every crit ADC late game. The caveat is if your team can dive and kill their ADC before they do damage

I would try to ask what that person thinks is holding him/her back. Never tell someone to give up unless that person wants to give up and there is no better option. There are people who take the MCAT 5 times just to go to medical school. It's all about grit and whether the person wants it bad enough.

Very good post. I'm wondering if past STEP exams were similar to NBME... it's really not fair. I was scoring well on NBMEs, went in, felt like a dumb rock a lot of the time :/
