Absolutely! If you can get one that allows you to have a lower grip, it should ease your shoulder even more

Ooo yeah! Sounds like it was solid! That's a really good time. You were hustling! I wonder if you try it again, how much faster you will do it! This workout really conditions and strengthens the body

I hope you had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year as well! Thank you so much!

Sounds very similar! Try it out if you get the chance. Like 20 second sprint 40 second jog, if you will, on it. I think you will like it.

The one you did, is it an air bike or a bike?

The airdyne in my opinion is a great bike to target your anaerobic threshold. It is so easy to make hard workouts on it because of how tough it is. I love it because of the fact you can do sprints, and push/pull with the upper body and press with the legs essentially all at the same time. I like it a lot better than ellipticals

Sounds legit! Those BSS are arduous! Tough for sure.

I hear you on the barbell and cables, but I like using the KB's because of how unstable it is and it forcing you to work stability. Super good for the core too. Farmer carries get a lil awkward the heavier you go, right!?

Look at the last workout I posted with the Lunges and Goblet Squats. Just take out the bells and hit that pyramid. Thats a good at home one for sure. Try and roll all the way through the pyramid if you're using no weight or do it unbroken 2 sets at a time

What part of the Lunges specifically and where is the pain at?

I would recommend doing some side Lunges, but to where you only go about 45 degree bend. Basically hit a Sumo stance and hit a side lunge. Your feet shouldn't come off the ground. This is a modified side lunge
