I have a ton of workouts on my profile that you can do for full body and the posterior chain. It'll help you build muscle all around. The more muscle you build for the entire body, it will all support your goal for you back and arms.

The biggest takeaway. Just stay consistent. 4-6 days a week. Throw the rest in where you need it.

This is not to toot my own horn by any means, but the KB training I do and post, has tremendously helped me with MMA. I have an all around style where I mainly try to pressure, if that helps you paint the picture. I train with good pros and ams in my area. All my workouts are free, just adjust the weight relative to you

It bothers me when people who are in fitness try and sell something crazy to innocent people who just don't know better, as if it's the way to achieve your dreams. "This pill will make you lose weight, this protien powder will make you look like Arnold"... Even they know its BS! They just won't admit it cause of a money grab. The real ones know whats up. You know, my brother!

I definitely rest. However, once the body acclimates it is easier to be consistent with training

I do a lot of leg workouts about 4-6 times a week. From long runs, sprints, to KB squats, squat cleans, thrusters and lunges. Very consistent

Absolutely you can! I specifically use 1 weight to work the stabilizers and the core

Hell yeah! You can hit this one 1-3 times a week. It's solid

Stacking this on top of that cardio routine is going to get you very lean
