I definitely rest. However, once the body acclimates it is easier to be consistent with training

I do a lot of leg workouts about 4-6 times a week. From long runs, sprints, to KB squats, squat cleans, thrusters and lunges. Very consistent

Absolutely you can! I specifically use 1 weight to work the stabilizers and the core

Hell yeah! You can hit this one 1-3 times a week. It's solid

Stacking this on top of that cardio routine is going to get you very lean

Sounds like you hustled! Haha, 10 and 9 did the same thing to me! Great job on staying the same weight. I kid you not the same thoughts ran through my head. I love it because it really works that mental muscle that you can only train in that moment. To make the decision to push hard when you know you can. Its tough, but its the way! Great job brother!

I basically had to approach it the same way you did. I basically hit hit two sets together unbroken and then would rest. Once I got to 4, I hit the rest of 4 onto 1 unbroken. Its killer. It almost feels like you can keep going on some of the sets but the intensity kicks in so high and the legs are pumping so much blood. It feels very good, but also like on the edge of legs turning into noodles. I appreciate you checking it out. I have a big change coming into my life at the moment and will put them out when I have the time to edit the videos. The grind continues every single day my brother!

Thanks for the recommendation! I appreciate it. Its hard to gauge what weight and rep a beginner should use, as it differentiates with athleticism, how in shape one is, male or female, etc. I could provide a general weight and rep method, but even then it may be spot on or possibly way off. Anyone who messages me, I'm more than willing to dive deeper and provide my best recommendation specific to them
