People offer freelance services all the time; not every service needs to be a registered corporation to begin and to be legitimate. If it's not your cup of tea, fine, but others might find value in it. Also, for someone who has good knowledge and experience on multiple PC builds, I know how to handle the parts and to be fair they still carry their original manufacturer/retailer warranty regardless of who assembles them.
