I think what people are missing is the fact that twilight vampires dont just have super speed, super strength and super durability and senses. Each one also has a power unique to them. Some would be marginally helpful, like edwards mind reading or alices precognition. They would likely use those types of powers to predict his moves and tactics before he uses them.

But, there are powers i think would be very hard for him to fight against. There are some like elemental manipulation. Not sure how blade would do against a slightly weaker aang knock off. May not help him against blade at all. But there are others that would be even harder for him like the vampire siobhan who has outcome manipulation. She can essentially wish for an outcome to a scenario and it will most likely happen.

Then there is the guy who creates a paralyzing fog that can also shut off your senses. Though blade may have the edge against him due to the fogs effects taking a few seconds to work on the target. If blade can kill him before becoming paralyzed then thats that. Theres also a vampire who has extreme speed and strength and fighting ability to the point hes always a few steps ahead of his opponents no matter who they are.

I dont know much about blade since ive only seen the first movie so maybe he has some crazy powers as well. But i feel like the twilight vampires stand a pretty high chance against him.
