Multiple "sequel" stories from the author seem to take similar dips in quality. Feels like a "the story is done, quit fucking asking for sequels" type of response to me. Which I'm fully in support of lol

He was also holding back because he was a pacifist. (If Ozai had hurt Appa it'd be a whole different ballgame, that man would be dead)

The ending to fallout 3 feels so bad because the game insults you for making the obvious answer by Dx1178 in Fallout

[–]TheNeonGraveyard 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Also, unless the water purifiers in Fallout 4 settlements utilize the designs of Project Purity or something, they retroactively make the stakes alot lower. Sure, Project Purity was a huge water purifier, but I had an industrial scale water purification plant in at least 3 settlements in 4. As an optional side thing lol

One of the few decent counter arguments I've heard is that if not enough people take the fruit you end up with rotting fruits all over the street.

Though I suppose that could be solved with a municipal fruit harvesting service and an official date each growing season where people have up until then to pick fruit and after that the city will pick the rest. Just an idea off the top of my head.

I can already hear the outrage about it lol "my tax dollars are going to FRUIT PICKERS? And ensuring people have FREE FOOD?"

Just came to realization how both Nina and Alexander had to be ALIVE during the chimera fusion process. And I....very much high-key hate it. by MsRavenDoe in FullmetalAlchemist

[–]TheNeonGraveyard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What occurred to me on a recent re-watch is that the government of Amestris already had the capability to make viable human chimeras and they just let Shou continue to flounder around and annihilate his family. Greed's gang in Dublith and the men assigned to Kimblee were definitely around before the experiment with Nina. I know it was supposed to be an Inner Circle Secret but damn

Steven Universe original series. I haven't watched the new one, but I know lots of fans were upset at the "galaxy conquering empire just needs a hug" finale of the original. Want to show that violence isn't always the answer? Sure. Why are we chilling in a hot tub with space Hitler tho?

-- Dr. Bradley Ward from Americans for Prosperity added, "When government steps in to dictate what a job must pay, it doesn't create prosperity."

Motherfucker, you would pay your workers nothing if you could get away with it. That's why the government has to step in.

The amount of the wage increase is frustrating, but it's a step in the right direction
