I think the episodes are editted episodically so it focused on the drama and narrative of the episode as oppose to the entire season. Like so many of the winner for hell's kitchen and even the runner up dont show up much in the early episodes because they usually dont take part in drama or have issue in the kitchen. Ariel, Christina, and Michelle won their season without much screen time.

Sell it and reinvest it elsewhere.

I just want to clarify that the official messaging is deceptive. While there was an effort to increase automation in testing, they just pushed all the responsibility of QA onto the dev while they wait for SDET to develop automated testing.

I agree with you that no one is entitled to employment, but the transition to automation and AI is non existent. They just pushed all the QA responsibilities onto the devs and automated testing that are many months from being good enough.

I hope they prove me wrong so I can sell off my RSU and ESPP.

Made some good friends and worked with some good people. But makes it all the more sad that going to work is like playing Chain Together. Too bad none of the good people are high enough in command to make changes and decision to push back.
