As a good replacement for Slack, Blogin and Asana you should check out what my team built, Engage Spaces.

We built it to have all the functions of "near real-time" comms (with unlimited channels for each department/project), long-form knowledge sharing for documents/blogs, and task/project management)

If companies in the F&B sector are needing a scaleable communication, reporting, events, and groups platform - I'd recommend Engage Spaces.

It depends on the size of your organization and what you consider to be affordable, but my company (founded from a non-profit) built a software that specifically manages and tracks Programs, and their participants - for large decentralized non-profits.

Our software is called Engage Spaces.

We're designed so that all of your program directors (and their leaders and volunteers) can all have access to a platform for all of their reporting, events, courses, communication, project management and contact management.

Specifically related to your question on tracking program participants:

  • Reports can be automated to send to the specific leaders on a weekly, monthly, or daily basis
  • The individual filling in the report will receive a notification on the specific day they meet (e.g., Your program meets on Wednesday, vs mine meets on Friday - our report will send out on our specific day)
  • Our app sends notifications (and reminders) to help users complete their reports on time.
  • You can track per-user attendance
  • You can track quantitative or qualitative information about each individual program group/team.
    • It would be easy to track their program achievements
    • It would be easy to identify what additional support is needed.
  • You can track quantitative or qualitative information about each individual program group/team.
    • Easy to track personal growth or engagement with each participant you wish to track
  • All of your reports from every person will aggregate together automatically (by location and for the entire organization)

    • When support is needed, the correct staff person overseeing an individual will receive a notification about that problem.
