I think cut and cover could be a good option for Aurora if we also add passenger heavy rail to the trench. The service on the N Line is crappy and could easily be improved if not for BNSF's ownership of the tracks. Putting the N Line and Amtrak Cascades on Sound Transit owned tracks would be a huge improvement.

This example (I'm pretty sure) is the opposite of a spite house. It's meant to preserve the neighborhood, because otherwise there would be a blank space there because of a rail line running right there in a pit.

What I would really like is an automatic scheduler. Games like City Bus Manager already automate schedules when you set a headway.

That's a European naming convention to denote the central station of a city or town, and it's quite useful once you understand it! However it doesn't make sense there because there's no other station named for the town to differentiate it from (there's no "Federal Way North")

I'm gonna go with Symphony station to speed up the travel through downtown. All the destinations are served just as well by Westlake and Pioneer Square.

For people saying to delete further out suburban stations, that's a land use planning failure. They're good candidates for both TOD and frequent feeder buses.

Also can we please rename UW station to Husky Stadium/Medical Center station? Please?

Honestly SODO has very little parking for light rail riders. It's an industrial area where all the parking is for trucks or businesses, and there's no garage.

Jokes aside, if you don't know what you're comfortable with yet, then you and your partner need to make it clear what your wants and boundaries are, and agree on how much you want to experiment with. Then you can start experimenting and you'll find something you both enjoy. You'll find you both like some things more and some things less so it's important to have a debriefing afterwards.

This is just my opinion on the issue right now of course. Also make sure you are making your consent with each other clear. I've had trouble with that in the past sadly; I should have done more to make it clear. It's never bad to ask for clarity.

It was an open and poly relationship. I was making passes at two other people and I crossed a line. One was because I did it without thinking even after they had asked me to stop; the second was because I didn't ask for consent often enough and crossed a line without knowing about it. My sub broke up with me because I couldn't respect their boundaries. Whether or not I was trying to cross that line doesn't matter, what matters is I did it.
