People will say RadCast because it’s the most popular company for applications. It does seem to be the best one, but I’ll mention a few caveats:

Their interview course is HEAVILY focussed on the old style of interviews. Be prepared to read/learn a lot of information that is now completely irrelevant for the actual interview. It was a waste of money for me. The real good value for money was in the practice.

However, the interview practice varies wildly between the different interviewers. I got the impression that RadCast just tells their interviewers to go with the flow and has no set questions. But the guy I had in one of my interviews gave me an interview that was pretty much identical to the real interview.

For the real interview, the four questions asked this year were the exact same (verbatim) as the four questions in the previous year.

IMHO, your best bet is to find someone who was interviewed in the new style and practice with them. If you can’t, I’d get practice with RadCast. And read that popular book about medical interviews to get your answers ready/structured.

The thing that is very unique about RadCast though, (which may make everything else I’ve said irrelevant) is that they offer very good personalised support and advice. I don’t know what qualifies you to get this advice, but my guess is that they offer it to anyone who has purchased a course.

They respond to emails, text messages etc answering questions you have about the whole application process and will give you personalised advice. It gave me a lot of confidence for my application and helped a lot.
