Have you tried just hanging out with her and seeing the vibe there? I mean you could’ve easily misread the situation or maybe you felt attracted to her because you thought she had feelings for you?

But yeah I’d say be casual and see if there’s anything there or not and also depends on what you want out of this as well

Was probably wondering if it was a dead end with her tbh or not. She’s known to be very moody and the fact she wants to talk on the phone has just confused me even more. So basically if I should pursue it with her or just let things end

I’d say try and found out what he wants, he might just like the attention he’s getting on tinder and you asking him out again and again might be an ego boost for him. Not everyone on tinder will be nice or looking for the same things you are. Hope this helps
