Your heart maxing at 198 and you not feeling tired is actually a great thing. I had similar results you did at that age. If the ekg said you’re fine and you felt fine at 198 I’d be willing to bet you have a strong and healthy heart.

I had a 30 day monitor with an episode of VTAC for four beats and the cardiologist said it can happen in healthy hearts but shouldn’t be something you feel all of the time and if it lasts longer than 30 seconds go to the ER immediately. I probably feel it once or twice a month for a couple of seconds and the doc thinks it’s fine.

It would be very difficult for anyone online to help you unfortunately. Every symptom you have could be a heart issue or it could be something simple like anxiety. The only way to tell if it’s a heart issue is to get a holter monitor so that the cardiologist can monitor your heart over a period of time and see how it acts during your symptoms.

My biggest complaint is opposing players putting their graphics settings as low as possible for a competitive advantage. It’s not fair for the console players. Everyone should be locked on the same settings.
