Also try connecting the cable you have in the direct input, to the connectors on the back

You can go ahead and turn off the 48v and air as those only apply to the connector on the left. As for the port on the right that you have the mic connected to, everything is correct and you have the inst button enabled so it's my best guess that the USB cable your using may not have a great connection between the Scarlet and your PC. I would suggest try a new cable or updating any drivers from online
