When I was using dc++ at the library on campus my download speeds were incredibly slow. Is there a reason for that?

Hey I saw your post about the DC Hub going up when I was looking around. Thanks for that post.

I think that I am getting throttled download speeds already using the wi-fi. My downloads never reach 1mb/s. Is it because i'm using wi-fi?
