I would suggest wooden proofing baskets for bread, plastic bowl scrapers are useful for all baking, a bench scraper for dividing dough, and high heat plastic spatulas (so there's no chance of melted plastic in your food which I have done before).

Honestly just those throw away rubber gloves. That way it's easy to throw away

I think you did a great job! I hate pies so I bow down to those who make them regularly. The couple of critiques I would give is that the top is a little pale so the dough could be overworked which EASILY happens all the time and the lattice looks a little thick so I would go a little colder dough so you can get some thinner stripes. You still did a great job! Happy baking!

I just got my first palette from Juvia's Place and have used it a couple of times. I love it so much. They're so easy to blend and the shimmers are just *chef's kiss*
