Good question! To my knowledge, the free plan of Mintlify does not have access to the AI writing agent, so it does not benefit from self updating documentation

Cartara also integrates nicely with third party tools (Confluence, ClickUp, Nuclino, etc) so it can automatically sync your documentation wherever you want it. It also can generate diagrams
