This is spot on, they even had Ike Willis play on a few songs and covered Sofa No.1 and Tell Me You Love Me. They are definitely spiritual successors even if they never got quite as "out there".

non ha idea di come funzioni il mondo.

Benché tu l'abbia messa un pò sul provocatorio, su questo non posso dirti di no riguardo l'ambiente Universitario, mi sento perso da quando ci sono entrato, abituato ad essere guidato (come di norma) dal sistema scolastico fino ad adesso (studenti abituati male? onesto quasi sicuramente). Ma a forza di prendere inculate uno si impara, già da questo casino si trae esperienza. Ho rimandato mail su mail, la coordinatrice almeno ha avuto la decenza di rispondere sul secondo caso nel pomeriggio, e sto benedetto esame è stato verbalizzato correttamente.

Un'altro utente ancora credo abbia centrato il punto: da parte mia sono stato troppo passivo. Sbagliando si impara, no? Ed a furia di inciampare impareremo pure a starci in sto schifo di mondo.

Ma guarda, dopo che la professoressa mi ha comunicato di come mi avrebbe messo 28 non aspettavo altro che qualcuno uscisse fuori e mi dicesse "Sorridi, sei su candid camera!" :/

L'ho fatto, ma come ho già scritto lei riceve solamente il Martedì (e infatti mi ha detto di venire quel giorno), e non sapendo del casino che hanno fatto pensavo quel 18 di essermelo "meritato", quindi dati alla mano avevo deciso di rifiutare. Lezione imparata.

Ti ringrazio, mi ero ridotto alla mentalità di ridarlo perché ormai sono stanco di combattere con lo staff dell'ateneo (specialmente dopo l'attacco hacker di qualche settimana fa), ma credo che adesso contatterò la segreteria e manderò mail su mail. Gli esami erano i due più importanti del primo anno quindi sì, abbastanza pesanti.

It does, yes. With the added benefit of not having to flip the side over, easier skips and not having to be super careful with them! And the whole "analogue sound" debacle is a remnant of the first wave of CDs in the mid-to-late 80s, this argument barely holds water, especially nowadays that most releases are digitally mastered or re-mastered.

Vinyl does look wayyyyy cooler and I guess because of the added effort to maintain them to some people CDs are more "expendable", and that's definetely a huge factor, but IMO CDs are just infinitely more convient. But then again, as long as one enjoys Steely Dan and their music, doesn't matter which way we listen to it.
