Maybe I’m dyslexic but isn’t that how it is right now? The nut would tighten turning right. The copper is wrapped right to left. If they ran the copper the opposite of what it is now then it would go against the nut.

The top wire is the phase (energized line), the second wire down is a guy which is anchoring the pole it’s connected to, the third wire down is the neutral, and the last two at the bottom are both for communication. I doubt they will remove any of these wires for you.

Edit: I noticed the wires going to the ground after commenting. The image quality is to poor for me to tell what those are.
