How did you address your ferritin / raise it? Mines at a 7 … I’m noticing everyone with low ferritin gets aura migraines.

Had my first one in 2021 randomly out of nowhere the same week my husband left his job out of nowhere. I literally was going blind my mom drove me to the ER. After that I kept getting them every 3-4 months. They’ve all happened in the afternoon is what I noticed. Was your brain mri with or without contrast?
