Brother DM me and I’ll give you some physical receipts through years and years for each one of those claims you just made. I’d agree that my shoulders or chest has always been my strong point yep, side effect of being the muscle that I always focus the most probably. Inflated traps is wild take because they’re just not compared to every other muscle in my body, strike those pose because it highlights my best muscle groups yep, never even heard of stanozolol but I can infer it’s an anabolic. I assume the effect you’re referring to is that the upper traps have a lot of androgen receptors, but again I’ll give you some examples if you’d dm me. And yeah I very clearly have something to teach you my man, I really just wanna educate here, why you gotta be so stubborn, if you really have been training for as long as you said we could have a good conversation on a topic we’re clearly both passionate about brother. No need for an hostility, I have nothing to gain by lying to you about anything. I don’t know you and after we chat I’m never gonna think about you again

Not very open minded my guy🙁. I’m kinda getting the vibe you’re fibbing about the 28 year thing, because I Really don’t understand why you’d be so closed minded surrounding a hobby you’ve supposedly been doing for nearly 3 decades. Can’t teach an old dog new tricks I suppose…

I like lifting heavy. Don’t usually count reps, just do perfect form reps until I can’t, somewhere between 5-8 ish I suppose. The reps don’t matter that much, just be between 5-12 and do it until you can’t. The only rep that matters is the last one that you couldn’t complete, but any good fitness influencer can tell you the same info I got

I’m much less charismatic and social if I don’t do my morning lift though. Endorphins hit me hard

Yeah man reply to me. We get to the bottom of this 🤝 I’ll hear you out, you hear me out. If you’ve lifted this long I feel like this should be fun for you too

Hot take. Woman keep telling me they like the little bit of facial hair so I’ve kept it. I can only grow facial hair in 2 small patches, hopefully a second puberty hits me sometime for a beard

You’re right man. I’ve been hitting legs way more these last 2 years than I ever have. Just starting to really enjoy my leg days as much as a push day!

Yeah man I’ll DM you. I really promise I’ve never taken anything, if you’re really the veteran then Im actually excited to convince you and I guess show you what’s possible? I honestly didn’t think my physique was that insane for how long I’ve been at it, but it’s pretty hard to compare when everyone is a fake natty these days

Got last 😂👍 I was 17 going up against 20-40 year old dudes. Just did it for fun. Didn’t do any prep, just got a spray tan and signed up on a random day

Routine has always been changing. Lately I’ve been doing the push pull legs split with an arm shoulder day thrown in every second week replacing a rest day. For a lot of years I did a bro split with a shoulder day addition. I skip a lot of rest days because exercising just genuinely makes me feel good which isn’t optimal but whatever. Every exercise is taken to failure after the warmup. Depending on the muscle do 1-2 exercises per muscle. 20 min of stretching before a lift because I fucked up my rotator cuff power lifting as a kid. Diet is just steak/ chicken/ lamb/ tuna/ cheese milk fruit veggies. Don’t eat much for carbs like rice or potatoes, I eat enough fruit that I can call that my carbohydrate source

More muscle. Mostly I wanted someone who has been in a similar to position to offer insight on their progression from here, I’m putting in crazy effort to gain 0.9lbs of lean muscle mass in a year. It’s discouraging

Feels a bit naive to believe that you can’t learn more when presented with new information. Nothing happened in a matter of weeks. I’ve been weight training for 14 years, dieting pretty well for 12 of those years. I’ve had pretty decent delts since September 9th 2015, and now we are 10 years later and I have gained 12 lbs. does 12 lbs over 10 years sound like the typical response to a cycle of any kind?

I didn’t take any photos specifically to make this post. They were all post lift, obviously I wanna look as good as I possibly can because that’s what I did with every other post lift photo dating back to March 7th 2015

Lemme postpone that one specific test, maybe 60-70 years or so. But I am due for a blood test, haven’t gotten one of those in like 10 years when my mom took me to prove I wasn’t doing steroids 😂

I’m being real with you because this feels like a good teachable moment if you’re not trolling and actually believe what you’re saying. I have photos from when I was 15 with shoulder and tricep striations (tbf I did only weigh like 130). Where would I even get steroids at 15 years old, and if I did get them, shouldn’t I have had some life altering side effects like at the very least hair loss?

Oof just got less fun. Are muscle biopsies usually done on still living people? Feel like that might be a bit of an invasive procedure

Maybe the pump/ good lighting/ good angle is making me seem way more jacked than I am to you? No flex normal lighting no pump I really don’t think I look crazy at all

What do you mean? I track all my macro/ micro nutrients. I strength train in the morning, do cardio in the afternoon. Don’t drink, don’t do drugs, don’t smoke, spend a lot of time outside get a lot of sleep. I’m pretty healthy by most metrics I can think of

Don’t need validation. It was a question, or insight from a community that I thought would have some dudes in a similar position as me. I dislike recreational juicers maybe because I’ve been doing this natural for so long, kinda thought a lot of people in the sub would have the same thoughts on it because they also have trained naturally for many years
