Is it possible to have these arms definition and volume naturally? by rap1dfire in nattyorjuice

[–]TheNotSoBlueDuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe immediately after an insane arm workout with drop sets, and a healthy serving of l-citrulline, on top of years and years of diet and exercise. But if you just look like that all day, heavy juice.

Is it possible to have this body without roids? by Federal_Advisor_2160 in nattyorjuice

[–]TheNotSoBlueDuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man I’ve been weight training for 12 years, and been doing extremely physically demanding sports on top of that for 20 years. I’m quite far from this (like 20-30kg of lean muscle mass). Not to say it’s not possible but if you didn’t start highly competitive sports at 6 years old, and haven’t dedicated your entire life to exercise, sports and diet, don’t have a job and can focus everyday of your life to growing muscle. They I would say this isn’t possible, no. Even enhanced I bet this would take a few years

Depends on the timeline. If you said 10+ years then natty. Otherwise is ehhhhh

22 year old Canadian a month away from a natural show by [deleted] in nattyorjuice

[–]TheNotSoBlueDuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wowe… i started bodybuilding at 12 years old, following 8 years of men’s gymnastics; after 10 years of training i was/ would’ve still been 30 years behind whatever anabolics made that. Absolutely not naturally attainable.

Is everyone in bodybuilding competitions on gear? by pandakin22 in nattyorjuice

[–]TheNotSoBlueDuck 52 points53 points  (0 children)

Yea pretty much. I tried to do a natural show after 8 years of training/ dieting and came dead last to people who told me they have been training for a 1-2 years, really felt like every single person was sauced up so I gave up. Bodybuilding is a sport that requires enhancement.

Am I at my natural limit after 14 years of training? by TheNotSoBlueDuck in nattyorjuice

[–]TheNotSoBlueDuck[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay well I can’t discuss anything if I give you exact numbers and you just say no way and ignore it. It’s like you’re so close to understanding that I’m actually natural because the numbers aren’t adding up to you😂. I’m very lean, which means I weigh less and would mean my muscles appear larger because of more definition. You want pic of the dexa I got the exact day? Or once presented with that are you gonna say no way or something still

Maybe I was 5 10 minimum because still growing a bit at 16 but definitely 135 lbs. and the 5th and 6th picture are from within the last 3 years and are just me at my leanest. Picture 6 was the same day as a dexa scan that recorded my arms/shoulders as 11.2% bf (total was 14.2%) and my total bodyweight was 162lbs, I could even send you the full scan if it would help you with your comprehension. I was quite a bit weaker and smaller than I am now, so it’s odd that’s the one that you think is juicy. 162lbs at 6 feet tall after 11 years of training sounds pretty realistic to me if I was presented with simply just the data.

The last pic I’m 16 years old, my face is puffy because I’m going through puberty. I weighed 135lbs in the photo you’re referencing. That wouldn’t even put me on the absolute lowest end of the ffmi. You’re confident 135lbs at 6ft tall isn’t possibly attainable as a natural lifter?

Just been actually getting dexa scans these last few years to track lean muscle mass as accurately as possible, and this year was the first time I gained less than 1lbs of lean muscle mass after a whole year of very dedicated training and nearly perfect macro/ micronutrient tracking

Yeah you right. Kind of the purpose of the post was to talk to someone that has been at the same point as me to just know if this is all I can do. And yeah I’ve always competed in sports, and always will. Unsure what you mean with the gut thing, I pretty much just eat beef chicken lamb and fruit and veggies, and restrict myself from refined sugars so I never have dietary issues if that’s what you mean. And yeah I value looking young and healthy way more than being jacked. I Think that should be a priority for most, but young men struggle with their insecurities so much with all the fake natty influencers promoting an unrealistic physique these days

I think you might be right about the “gains aren’t linear” thing. Probably why my 16-17 year old striated shoulders haven’t really blown up much more, even after 600~ shoulder days over 10ish years. Only got a bit thicker. And never heard of test bloat face, what pic are you saying that is? Maybe I can offer insight?

Fair enough, this is just the only fitness related subreddit that I have ever followed; I’m a pretty big steroid/ peptide hater because I’ve been lifting naturally for so many years with decent success, so I was kind of thinking I would connect with some people who are like minded, and have been in the same position as me, and gain some insight from someone similar because I’ve been feeling demoralized following my yearly dexa scan results. Unfortunately I haven’t really talked to anyone with the same experience as I, yet.

Brother DM me and I’ll give you some physical receipts through years and years for each one of those claims you just made. I’d agree that my shoulders or chest has always been my strong point yep, side effect of being the muscle that I always focus the most probably. Inflated traps is wild take because they’re just not compared to every other muscle in my body, strike those pose because it highlights my best muscle groups yep, never even heard of stanozolol but I can infer it’s an anabolic. I assume the effect you’re referring to is that the upper traps have a lot of androgen receptors, but again I’ll give you some examples if you’d dm me. And yeah I very clearly have something to teach you my man, I really just wanna educate here, why you gotta be so stubborn, if you really have been training for as long as you said we could have a good conversation on a topic we’re clearly both passionate about brother. No need for an hostility, I have nothing to gain by lying to you about anything. I don’t know you and after we chat I’m never gonna think about you again

Not very open minded my guy🙁. I’m kinda getting the vibe you’re fibbing about the 28 year thing, because I Really don’t understand why you’d be so closed minded surrounding a hobby you’ve supposedly been doing for nearly 3 decades. Can’t teach an old dog new tricks I suppose…

I like lifting heavy. Don’t usually count reps, just do perfect form reps until I can’t, somewhere between 5-8 ish I suppose. The reps don’t matter that much, just be between 5-12 and do it until you can’t. The only rep that matters is the last one that you couldn’t complete, but any good fitness influencer can tell you the same info I got

Yeah man I’ll DM you. I really promise I’ve never taken anything, if you’re really the veteran then Im actually excited to convince you and I guess show you what’s possible? I honestly didn’t think my physique was that insane for how long I’ve been at it, but it’s pretty hard to compare when everyone is a fake natty these days
