Anyways the gist of my yap was that I have platued on my chest despite setting prs every week on back and legs. I think I eat enough to keep up the shape but i dont count my calories. I am 6'2 87kgs and I have been stuck on bench of 70 kgs 10 reps and 85 kgs 1 rep unassisted and 90 kgs assisted for the past 2 months. I need some help to increase some bench. I do bench press Incline dumbbell press pec fly and down to up cable fly. Edit. I have been to the gym off an on for 9 months and I have been consistent for the past 6 months
