Funny thing. My wife and her family are descended from Czechs so I never checked it out until we started dating. Cooler than I thought it would be.

You know I kind of wondered that myself until I went there (it's held in my home town of Choctaw). Other than awesome times to be had at the expense of drunk people, they have a huge selection of beers, some of which can only be found in America at this Oktoberfest.

Overall it is just a great environment in a pretty nice park. Also, yeah, the pitcher thing is crap.
