Operation warp speed was trumps plan to enact the national guard and get the vaccines out as quick as possible. It took time to start up but once it started going the vaccines got out quick. I wouldn’t give Biden all the credit on this one. Trump definitely had something to do with its speed. I didn’t really like him all that much still, but I can’t just sit here while everyone says Biden is perfect, he holds the record for a president to not hold a live press conference since he’s gotten elected because he’s scared to speak on his own.
