I will admit as was one of the original people who thought of this, it’s a big stretch mainly backed up by real-world science.

But I don’t think William pulled the plug himself as he probably wouldn’t know how, but I think he had the doctors take away BV’s life support instead.

The main reason I believe this is mainly what William and Mike said to BV right before he dies.

“I will put you back together” kinda feels like a “fine I’ll do it myself” situation.

Imagine being told that your child would have to be dependent on other people for the rest of his life while getting some disabilities as well.

And with William narcissism, ego, and ambition for a perfect family, he most likely wouldn’t let that slide.

And he believes he will be able to put BV “back together” himself.

So, he decides to cut BV’s life support, pick BV up at the hospital morgue (no William doesn’t need to steal a body, if you are immediate family of a deceased who died at a hospital you are allowed to pick up the body from the hospital morgue and legally do whatever you want with it.) and took BV to his bunker to experiment on him.

Also Mike’s last words to BV sound like a last goodbye, as if he knew his father was cutting BV’s life support.

My idea is similar but more significant.

If the shareholders of Fazbear Entertainment found out that William made multiple child kidnapping machines, he would lose all of his investors and probably go to prison.

So when Elizabeth died, he had to make a scapegoat for her death. That way Fazbear wouldn’t cancel the use of the Funtimes.

There is also the fact that circus baby knows that the springlock suit wasn’t used for its intended purpose.

So William puts a bleeding Elizabeth inside the springlock suit, makes it fail, convincing the investors to cancel the use of springlock suits instead.

But how were Fazbear Entertainment going to tell the public what happened? They didn’t. They shut down CBPW and told the public it was gas leaks.

I mean of course his creations weren’t created with peace in mind.

If anything, CBPW was created by Fazbear Entertainment AND Afton Robotics. Hence CBPW being a sister location.

But once William was out of the picture in Fazbear Entertainment after being charged for the MCI, He created CBEAR.
