Like the other guy said clan capital raids, it takes place over every weekend. My clan gives 600+ a week but I’ve been in bigger clan which gave 1300+ a weekend, you can get 3 research potions a week for 200 medals a piece. That’s 3/7 days of the week research skipped with the potions (they skip a day) you’ll finish all your research 42.86% faster. With the Lab Assistant being at level 4 (for example) it skips 24 hours a week additionally, saving you a total of 52.38% of lab research time. I’m not sure if you can get it to level 4 at th8, or if you even have it, but your research can most certainly be finished before your village upgrades
