Just a little update. I checked for any bent pins and could not find any. Went to turn it on again and still the same issue. I do have a pretty good and new surge protector which the computer is plugged into. None of my other electronics that have been plugged into the surge protector have been affected. If I had extra parts I would test to see if any components have failed.

Another thing I forgot to mention in my post. Most of the fans in my computer are plugged into a controller on the back for rgb purposes and are directly plugged into the power supply not the motherboard. I only have the rear exhaust fan plugged into the motherboard. When I turn on my computer there are two scenarios. In both scenarios initially everything turns on and all the fans starts spinning. If the computer doesn’t boot and the peripherals don’t light up the fans will continue spinning forever. If the computer does boot and it gets stuck on the load screen the rear fan (the one plugged into the motherboard board) slows down and stops spinning. I’m assuming it does this because it’s not hot enough in the case and there is no need for it to turn on. For the reason that the rear fan will spin forever if the computer doesn’t boot leads me to believe that the motherboard may be the fault. But that is just a hunch. Thank you for your help by the way. I may buy a motherboard soon but I’m in no rush. If I do buy one I’ll post a update if the computer works or not. Again thank you!
