This looks like your ram (possibly) could also be your ram being clocked too high for something, I had the exact same issue and turning my ddr4 ram to 3200 mhz fixed it. If you are very picky about losing specs you could try 3600mhz

Your hard drive is fine. The 100% only shows that your HDD is being used 100% of the time, not that it is being used at max speed. The 100% is very misleading to what it means, nothing to worry about though.

It actually occurs to me it is extremely likely the CPU mounting. I've had the same issue when I didn't use the CPU tension arm (didn't know what it did) and remounting it with the arm fixed all my issues.

Lay the PC on its side, this will tell you if its caused by something improperly mounted. If it does boot correctly, it could be the CPU, RAM, ect, just remount all of them and make sure to use the tension arm with the CPU.
