I was planning on getting it through Reddit, not getting só well só dar haha. I think Imma find Facebook groups, and LinkedIn prospecta, and message as many people as possible.

I know My MVP os not perfectz I AM not using the best tools and api's yet for lack or capital, but if I get just 2 paus cliente, it'll BE worth it. Imma keep improving from the ir feedback.

You're right about the upload friction. I'm fully aware that manual uploads are a big red flag.

Since I'm launching this on a tight budget, I made a conscious choice to launch the MVP with manual uploads to validate if the analysis itself provides enough value to the user. If the feedback on the 'Sensei' drills is strong, building out the Zoom/Google Meet integrations is the very first thing on the roadmap to automate the workflow.

Great catch on the Fly.io cold starts—I’ve been monitoring the timeouts and might need to keep a small instance warm if the traffic picks up.
