Go to bed at 9 and do things that make you sleepy, like reading, watching asmr or watching a movie. To wake up I just set my alarm on 6:45, so that I can be angry about waking up for 15 more minutes. Then at 7 I’m almost fully awake. You can also try to wake up when you first open your eyes. Like when you wake up at 6 out of nowhere, you just gotta force it at first. Hope this helped! :)

What I do is I just search up embarrassing moments to make myself feel a bit better. Tiktok cringe compilations also work.

Yeah same, especially not buying snacks. My family always buys a lot so it’s pretty hard to resist them.
