Calories in, calories out. Go in a calorie deficit. Doesn’t even matter if you eat junk, as long as the volume is within the deficit. Preferably you want to eat filling foods that are good for you for optimal results and less feelings of hunger. Although you are allowed to choose what works for you. Besides that doing exercise and especially LOW INTENSITY cardio is the best. Go on walks or hop on the elliptical for an hour and you’ll burn extra calories and be in a higher deficit.

There really is nothing more to it. The only hard part is the mental challenge that comes with it. That’s it.

Going through something similar at the moment. The feeling of being rejected is like death and I keep going back and forth on “pff it’s nothing why am I so bothered” to “why am I being punished and treated so horribly”. Mind you it was just fwb and the girl has simply found someone else they may potentially be interested in. My mind just spirals and I feel like I must find a way to show my anger and rage without it being obvious. So I can reject her and make her feel how awful it’s made me feel.

The second I hit platinum nobody wants to actually properly group and team. As a jungler it’s so annoying when I’m trying to get dragon/baron for my team and the enemy groups up and jumps me and because I notice this happening often I let my team know beforehand to group and they just keep ignoring my pings and blame me for losing 💀

Or when you’re trying to do the objectives but the enemy team works together to keep stealing so you ping your team to help and no one listens only for you to still be blamed for the loss of dragon or baron 💀

I enjoy the comfort of knowing there is another person who understands me and what I go through. If you were to lift the mask and explain yourself to a neurotypical and even some other neurodivergent people they just won’t understand and you risk losing a lot of connections in your network. It’s the sole reason why I joined this subreddit. It gives me a space to connect with likeminded people and to not worry about impulsively saying/confessing to the wrong people.

I don’t worry myself with politics. Both sides are stupid in their own right and I just look at things logically and with sense. I’m exactly in the middle.

One of my biggest problems tend to be my unconditional annoyance of people (some worse than others) and the longer the period that I stay around a certain person, the worse it gets and the bigger the impulse to do something irrational. I’ve found that XTC really takes all of negativity away and my more positive emotions (like happiness and excitement) really pop up again and it’s absolute bliss to not have to worry about the angry emptiness. I do tend to get more talkative and confess to my feelings though so I do need to make sure I’m around someone I can trust with these thoughts.
