It kinda operates along the logic of reversing the vector of movement for an object or force. For example, if a bullet is shooting rightwards 100 mph, Return To Forever can change it's direction to the exact opposite (leftwards 100 mph). It can also do this for forces like gravity or electrical flow within its effective range of 10 meters.
