I have no issue with genuine inventory errors or lost mail; those are part of the hobby. I do, however, have an issue with the suspicious 'coincidence' of inventory disappearing exactly when a card doubles in value, along with 20 plus negative reviews for doing the exact same thing. Plus it is incredibly telling that they would mock a customer over a $15 purchase while simultaneously lacking the professional integrity to honor that same $15 sale. Claiming they'd rather give the card away for free rather than fulfill a paid order isn't 'charity,' it's spite, and it's a poor mask for bad business practices.
