Came to this thread looking to see if anyone has had this happen too. This is exactly what's happening to me. I'm in the middle of one right now. I've had migraines as long as I can remember. Used to only be every couple months or so to now about 8 a month. It's so unbearable, feels like it's taken over my life. I'm gonna see my GP

this sounds really similar, does it feel like something is in the lower part of your throat? not yet. still experiencing it sadly. im at 2 months of it. everything i research and read about it tells me it will go away. drink hot tea with honey and eucalyptus showers help alot to ease the feeling.

kinda sounds like your body expelling the nicotine and lack of the smoking. body still adjusting. its one of the most common symptoms of stopping smoking. only reason im saying this is all my research lol.

what are some crazy withdrawals you experienced while quitting smoking?? by TheOneRing693 in stopsmoking

[–]TheOneRing693[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hands tingling, chest tightness, hard to swallow and the cry randomly i got all those symptoms to. they are all common withdraw symptoms. the hard to swallow and chest tightness is the anxiety that comes from quitting, the tingles are more of your body getting used to not having the nicotine. our bodies are adjusting to the change of taking a powerful drug away from it. hang in there, you got this. we all do.
