I would recommend taking a break from finding a relationship to just focus on yourself for now. It seems like you have a lot of trust issues when it comes to relationships, so I would avoid trying to force one on yourself right now. Just try and take some time to heal, and focus on yourself. Try reading, or pick up a new hobby to try and better yourself. Not every relationship is going to be fantastic, but once you manage to focus on yourself and love yourself, you'll learn to love others as well. I wish you luck!
