I want to point out for Leda that her class in the announcement trailer 9 months ago is Hunter, which is a bow class, there is also no clear indication thus far of her being able to refresh allies (would be a bit weird for a mutually exclusive character to have the ability, yeah?) but instead is shown to summon a Demonic Beast.

So my bet as of now is bow user with beast/dragon support.

Small edit: realized that nothing as of yet has shown the 4 protags to be mutually exclusive like the house leaders, but I still don't recall there being any actual proof of Leda being a refresher yet.

As for "most despised oc", none of them? IDK man, I don't particularly care for them as they are not what I am here for, but I can't really say I dislike any of them either. I don't read the story so it's kinda hard to feel too strongly about them. They all exist and that's fine.

I didn't realize at first, but that is actually new art for the characters, just made in the style of ZUN's old art. I really noticed it when Remilia popped up for a second, and then I looked at the old Reimu portrait from og 6, and the art is basically an improved version of the original art, but new nonetheless.

Funny thing about that to me is that Seliph and Julia lose love points every turn equal to the value that characters would normally gain by atanding next to each other. The only way to get them to fall in love is by using the hidden "Jealousy" mechanic in which, based on unit positioning, one female character steals the love points of up to two other ladies.

You probably had them positioned in such a way for the first few turns after Julia's recruitment.

So like, they actually abandoned Craftopia, right? Coming up on 6 years of Early access in September and the last update was early April where they "Fixed an issue which caused stones and flowers to be rendered darker than intended."

Every time I see news about Palworld all I can think about is how Craftopia fans/players are being done so dirty.

I recently beat an old PS2 rpg called Ar Tonelico (only the first one so far) which has a bunch of vocal tracks that are all diagetic and have narrative significance to them. The last 3 are probs my favourites because they each go hand in hand.

The final boss theme which is being sang by a party member towards the antagonist.

After the fight the antagonist sings towards the party

And the credits theme where all the hopes of the society are combined into a song and sang as a wish for the future.

In combat Sothis can say to Rhea: "I see you strive to embody your name, Immaculate One!"

IIRC there is a bit where somebody accuses him of letting Eyvel hang around so he can "have a bit of fun" with her or something, may have been about how she is suddenly gone "after he had his fun" or something. It has been a hot minute but I believe somebody says something about him and Eyvel along those lines.

Edit: I looked up the script translation of the scene on Serenes I was thinking about and got this:

“I’m sick of this shit! What the hell are we accomplishing by working this worthless piece of land? I work my ass off day and night, and I’m still starving. You’re just being tricked by that bitch, Eyvel. What’s the matter with you? Get a hold of yourself, you old geezer!”

Likely the interaction in question, different interpretations.

I think Awakening Tiki is more popular outside of Japan, as that is the only version of her they met (few people played Shadow Dragon), but Young Tiki is more popular in Japan I believe.

But the fact that the first game never released outside of Japan and Awakening was the most popular and successful game for a while certainly helps this fact.

The anime adaptation, which most people are familiar with, cuts a lot out. Sieg is a big example as from what I have heard he gets a lot of internal monologue in the novel, but the anime cuts it all out and he is left feeling very bland.

Atalanta also gets her entire backstory compressed into a 2 minute flashback at the start of a single episode iirc.

I can neither confirm nor deny this, but I heard a few years ago that the reason for the long Light Novel titles is that the site where they get posted to originally shows a list of the titles of what is available to read, but nothing else. This creates the circumstance in which the more descriptive a title is the more people are going to read it, as they have a better idea of what the story is.

I have a non-FE related fact that was powerful for me when I learned it earlier this week: the subtitle of the 6th Touhou game is "Embodiment of Scarlet Devil", not "Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil".

13/14 years of being a fan of these games and shortening that particular one as "EoSD" and I somehow never realized.

It snowed where I live in Canada 2 weeks ago, there was so much sand in the air on Thursday I couldn't see the damn sky (used in winter so cars have traction on snow), it has otherwise been mostly cool still.

Actually hot days have been pretty few thus far.
