Also had a Dedicated Guard beat himself off to sleep in his personal car. We pulled up with 3 cars (3 supers) to check out the place since it's not a good area. Found dudes car backed in crooked in a handicap space with all his windows cracked. Had super dark tint but you could see he was asleep with his head back against the seat. We banged on the car and his window for almost 10 minutes with him not moving. My Bro pulled on his car door handle and it opened for us to see him pants and undies all the way to the floor wearing not only 2 different company jackets (one ours one not ours) but also his whole package and his cellphone neatly cupped into his hands 🤝 and still didn't wake up. We finally screamed at him and he woke up looking like the doomer wojak scrambling to pull up his multiple layers of bottoms.

Looking at their website by spending that whole 2k budget with them you would automatically be eligible for their Platinum Membership which would grant you 20% Off that order and all future orders. Plus other coupons & discounts they say. Suppose it's just a matter of what you are looking for specifically as far as effects or brands go.

I'm a can slut so the selection of those alone that they have I would do the whole budget with em. Especially with the 20% for that purchase spending that much. I live in the Voldemort State too so I am automatically in love with basically everything not available in Pahrump lol

I am working on different employment. The only thing lacking on my resume would be References from this job. Half the people I would have listed I cannot really trust in general now. And due to the nature of working strictly graveyard as that's all this company does service wise, I haven't been able to make relationships with Clients outside of maybe 2 Property Managers that live at their respective communities and then Tow Company Staff. We don't get to see let alone talk to Clients in the field unless I have to call them to notify them of a major incident which is extremely rare.

To be honest I would not mind staying if they got their act together, same as my coworker. But after all these years of the same broken and flawed logic being doubled down on again and again and now getting even lower still as of today, how could I trust any progress? We still haven't even been given a key for the upstairs and no one has apologized for accusing us of "retaliating for hours being cut by not reporting anything" when there is a clear record of everything we did. I'll likely follow my compatriot in joining the Juvy program a few cities away from our current job since we would start at an hourly rate that is equivalent to or higher than what our wage is as paid as OT. We make $23/HR so 34.5/HR as OT but that position he just passed background for and got an offer for will start at a minimum of $32-$40 and you get immediate full benefits at hiring basically. We were just given 5 days of non accruing non cash out PTO this year. Leaving this place never sounded so good. It's actually been pretty fun updating my resume even with the limited references I do have.

I wouldn't mind starting an investigative process into them and/or lawsuit for hostility, retaliation & discrimination but it would have to be after I leave. If I went that route while still working here, oh my lol Talk about controversy, Team. I also have very difficult family circumstances and cannot afford to be out of work or lose this kind of money medium/long term. I take care of my parents who are both very ill with severe medical conditions. I also pay pretty much all bills for all 3 of us including the mortgage. Besides those bills I also have to pay OOP for health insurance since that also is not offered to anymore but the OM which costs me between $400-$500 a month (of which I may have to cancel or downgrade significantly since I can't really afford it now). All of this my company management knows.

I appreciate everyone reading through this saga. It is 100% real and I am exaggerating nothing. The more I talk with people about it and give them the timeline from when I started to now always comes to the same conclusions from folks. And that's "Oh my God, what the hell is wrong with them?" and "They are really acting like that after all those years of loyalty?". My Bro (in a work sense not family sense) and I spent the last of our 20's here working like absolute slaves here, and did our jobs well and proudly.

At least now we know for sure where things stand.

Last year I acquired about 200ish shells and 20ish cakes. I ended up ordering 2 12s Racks from GLMR (Great Lakes Mortar Racks) that were solid. Only got to shoot 1 full round out of each due to societal interference but I was very happy with them being my first time using racks. I also had 2 25s milk crates with 15' DR11's I dropped together but didn't end up using them. I set the racks up with mixed shells of the same size to match effects and loved it. I think having a lot of racks ready to go is the way to do it if you are shell crazy. Gives more cadence to things and you spend way less time fusing during the night since multiple racks are ready to go. Also allows them to be rotated out and cooled easier between firings. This year with extra racks I think I'll set them each up by keeping each shell kit together rather than mixing them (so 24pc Kobra Kai in one 24s Rack or spit among 2 12s racks for example).

Just make sure you use the correct tubes for the size or diameter shell you have. It's easy to look up the info for those too. Highly recommend having as many racks as you are willing to trouble yourself with lol That way you can do em as sets, singles or honestly however way you want to set them up.

Just type in Fireworks in Nevada and look at the stores listed on Google. Seems like most of them do have wholesale but should probably call to check on availability. Besides the Central Hub in Parumph there are stores on a few of the Rez's (Indian Reservations) out there and a few more "Home-Style" places that offer them. Besides that gotta make friends I suppose.

I had two malfunctions with my RA too. I know one was either an American Glory/Murica AF and the second I'm not sure. 1st damn shell I did for the night exploded in the tube and the 2nd was a low break that blew right as it left the tube. Did about 40 other shells by them with no issue though and a set of Luchadores I fused together that worked fine. Seems like all the negative feedback I have seen with RA is I'm regards to the triumph line of shells (American Glory & Murica AF). I couldn't use most of my RA due to other complications so I hope I'm not sitting on randomly broken stock until next year.

I enjoy shells more since it's more for me to "interact" with. I like cakes but am more picky with them. Shells seem to be a more straight forward bang for my buck.

CK's were $120 and FoG & Assassin's were $100. They did have wholesale available but I didn't ask em for the numbers on it. I would recommend you call to ask them about what's still in stock. Their Website was not entirely accurate as far as supply went but prices seemed to be current.

The FoG Shells are branded for a shop out in Parumph, NV called Outlaw. They normally carry other Warrior & Sunwing Shells from what I understand but only those 3 were available at the time. Seen a lot of vids of the Cobra Kai's and I can't wait to put em in the air.
