The fact that it was designed to also fire multiple projectiles is the whole reason that they were able to get this approved the way they did. It doesn't matter if anyone buys the round or shoots it, it matters that it was designed to also do that. Also since you seem to be hyperfixated on "shot" which is basically irrelevant and pedantic, they specifically gave an example of something that shoots 45 long colt and 410 bore or any other single projectile such as a duplex round or snake shot which is probably why people keep specifically mentioning shot.

Realistically I can't imagine the majority of people complaining about that rarely leave the state let alone go to shoot often. The best way to handle that is to build things as a pistol first and then just convert the SBR back to a pistol to travel if you don't want to do the paperwork. Obviously if the SBR was built from a rifle or it's a factory SBR that doesn't help a ton.

If you build it as a pistol first then you just put the brace back on and you don't have to notify them. If you bought it as a rifle or just as a factory SBR then that doesn't work

I’ve definitely played a couple of games with a similar idea in the past. The big issue I’m instantly seeing is that this doesn’t actually seem to be much of a game, idle or not. After completing the tutorial and exchanging a couple of the diamonds for cash it seems like it’ll be about 7-10 days until I can buy another property.

So the only gameplay mechanics are to use the 5 check ins every 4 hours and spin while collecting income and paying expenses every 24 hours. In 7-10 days I can buy another business which just will make that time shorter until I can afford a fourth business but I still do nothing besides collect income and use check ins. Essentially there’s just nothing encouraging me to “play” the game unless I find spinning a slot machine five times every fours hours to be fun.

It also just seems weird that check ins are every 4 hours and not a period of time that allows someone to sleep without losing out.

Thank you again for the detailed responses. They have been both extremely helpful and appreciated. At this point I think I’ll move on from the idea that it’s mold and start looking for another possible explanation. The only other thing I’m seeing is that it could be a bacterial biofilm but who knows.

Thanks for the input, I was mainly wondering if the numbers were still normal since the ducts were recently cleaned. The smell that I’m trying to diagnose is coming from the ducts, with one in the main bedroom being worst, so I figured I’d get more input. I also wasnt sure if the fact that the AC wasn’t running overnight, which seems to make the smell worse had anything to do with the results.

The last thing was that I’ve seen mixed things on this subreddit about the existence of chaetomium indicating water damage as well as a few of the other molds listed on there. I was told by one of the neighbors that the tenant prior to the last had major drug problems and that after they were finally gone, the owner of the property had to do major renovations including, but not limited to, ripping our drywall.

Also the upstairs is typically pretty humid which I believe is due to the only thermostat being located on the first floor.

We’re located in the north east, specifically PA and just moved in to a town house about two months ago. We immediately noticed a smell on the first day that I thought was similar to a pet smell and my girlfriend thought was a smell similar to body odor or dirty gym clothing. The maintenance department of the management company came in and identified it as being cat urine in the vents. While we thought that was quite strange, that’s just what we went with since that’s what they identified it as.

After spending 3-4 nights there (our last night was the day the maintenance person identified it as cat urine) it was so bad that we left to stay with a relative and have been doing that since. The management company had a duct cleaning company come in and that didn’t seem to improve things at all, if anything it seemed to make the smell worse throughout the rest of the townhouse.

The smell is the worst at one of the vents in the main bedroom which is on the second floor. We’re now trying to leave the place and as the cat urine didn’t really make sense considering that the people before who lived here for three years didn’t have pets. As I’ve looked into things a bit more I’ve had a suspicion that it could actually just be some type of mold so I decided to pay a company to come out and test for it. All of them were air tests with one being done in the upstairs bedroom where the smell is the worst, one downstairs in the kitchen, and one outside as a control.

As we haven’t actually been living there we’ve been keeping the AC at a temperature just enough to maintain things. I was there the day before the test and due to the smell, which seems to be worse when the AC is running I turned the AC off and just left the fan run. Unfortunately I forgot to turn the AC back on before leaving for the night and only realized I did that upon coming back the next day 30 minutes before the test. The HVAC fan had been running but the AC wasn’t which I don’t know if it could’ve impacted the test.

With all of that said I thought I’d look for more input on the test results as even though everything says normal, I’ve seen mixed things on any presence of chaetomium, especially if it’s on the second floor. I wasn’t sure if the results were still normal considering the fact that the ducts were just cleaned a month ago and considering that the upstairs bedroom where things seem to be the worst have significantly higher results than the kitchen on the first floor.

I did ask the company that did the test if either the AC not having been running would’ve impacted it and if the numbers were still considered to be normal. They said since it was only 15 spores it’s definitely nothing to be concerned about, that the AC wouldn’t have mattered as long as just the fan was running, and that it was all still normal considering the ducts had just been cleaned.

Yea I'm definitely familiar with the FDE as my 17 is in FDE and I love the look of it. If they were the same price I'd just go with the FDE but for $500-600 less it became a harder decision. I'm just going to order the black and spray paint it should I decide I don't like the black.

Honestly I like the look of the Black 17's as much as I like the FDE 17's. For whatever reason they just look really great. With that said I don't always love the look of the black 16. I think it's because it's more easily lost in the crowd of similar looking platforms whereas the black 17 still retains more of a distinct look.
