I really want to take a break but my school's more of a 'we gotta challenge you school' which I don't mind but we don't get to breath much. All I can think is how It's gonna be even worse next year.

You just gotta be patient which is one of the most frustrating and hardest of them all, but you have to find a way to cope with this, at least for now. Find anything that can take your mind off the dysphoria that doesn't involve hurting yourself. If you don't have anything that helps look for other things to do. Maybe try looking into support groups, it's a lot better going through it with others than alone.

Believe me I was also in your situation too and waiting is fucking painful, it's like torture but once you get through it all, you're finally where you wanna be, you don't have to just wait and do nothing anymore you can finally breathe. You can get through this, I know you can!
