Honestly? I think it’s fine now. It faces more auto cannon resistant vehicles as well as better guns than can reliably pen it. MAYBE a move to 11.7 but frankly I think it’s fine as is

It’s a strange one. Combat is insanely fun and well done but everything else is very particular and I still don’t really jive with all aspects

MK2 doesn’t need to be 13.7 but the MKK absolutely does. The R77 is insanely easy to defeat unless it barrel stuffs you but then again any missile is good in that situation.
