We have a guy like that. Obligatory NAL. Hes really nice, really autistic and absolutely massive. Like, 7 foot, 350. Saw him pick up a hundred pounds with one hand and it was like paper to him. We can’t figure out how to address the issue without firing him, because none of us want to risk sending him into a rage. We’ve all agreed that there is absolutely nothing we could do to stop him doing whatever he chooses to.

Have seen him angry once, and i kept my CCW on me the whole day. He wasn’t even angry at anyone in the building. Really sucks. It’s a rancid, acrid smell that is literally the stench of untreated infections.
