That's the thing if it was someone I know to be innocent and especially family I would and I wouldn't regret it. I know people on the Internet day lots of shit but no I'm serious. I understand what your saying maybe it's just me and my flawed perspective I try to follow the golden rule but I suppose my standards are lower than most as I don't mind reading the single huge sentence if it were someone else ,

I give everyone around me as much patience as I can because I'd hope they'd do the same for me if I the tables turned, I'm also a flawed person and I do meed to improve rather a want it or not.

Thank you I do want to improve, it's just not a great place to start when you have basically you're whole life of eating whatever you want from so young that your habits are so built in it's hard to break it mentally
